This series is getting better!

I have all the 23 book out of 24.I am waiting for The Feast Of St. Stephen paperback to come out in October.I didn't buy the hardcover because it won't look nice with the rest of the series which are in paperbacks.

Malaysian Kinokuniya bookstore has your latest book i.e Hold The Trump.I bought my copy from this bookstore instead of buying it from online bookstore.

Recently,I read Stalks The Hunter(I tried not to read the series in one go).It is very good.Twisty and difficult to figure out.

Two MAIN things I like about this series are,the twisty plots and the characters(I LOVE all of them!) in this series.

One thing that differentiate this series from other cozy series is that the characters in Mrs. Jeffries series do the DETECTION instead of talking or doing things that do not relate to the plot.

Other thing that set this series apart from others, I notice,this series is getting BETTER in term of the plot.Difficult to solve the mysteries although the clues are laid in front of me plainly!!!

After 24 books in the series(long-running series),Emily Brightwell does not show any sign of inferiority in plotting the mystery!!!

Though,other thing I notice,the motives of the murder are always to be a financial-something to do with money,in most of the books.
